Refund policy
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
Exchanges
- We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal-use products (for hygiene reasons)
