1. What sizes do your clothes come in?

2. How do I know which size to order?

Answer: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Measure yourself and compare it to the chart for the best fit. Our products are generally true to size, but for a looser fit, consider sizing up.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

Answer: Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit or style reasons. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: Orders are processed and printed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

5. Do you ship internationally?

6. How do I care for my clothes?

Answer: To keep your items looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not bleach or iron directly on prints

7. Can I customize a product?

Answer: Currently, all designs are pre-made and ready to ship. We do not offer personalized designs yet, but stay tuned for upcoming custom options!

8. Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Answer: Our products are made on demand, so production may take a few days longer during high-demand periods. You’ll always receive a tracking number once your order ships.
